1)For any queries and issues instead of writing or reply to the "shaktisupport@iitkgp.ac.in" Users are requested to use the link :  https://paramshakti.iitkgp.ac.in/support to raise a ticket unless it is login/password related issue.

 

2)Users should use the same credentials (i.e login ID and password that is used to access ParamShakti ) to login the ticketing tool weblink:   https://paramshakti.iitkgp.ac.in/support/open.php to submit a ticket.

 

3)Users will get a reply on their registered email ID once the ticket is updated by a support agent. Please don't reply to this automated reply . Users are requested to update all observation,response in the ticket itself,which will further help the Support representative to view all the ticket history at one place.
